"I called accurate auto after my turn signal lever broke on my 2006 F-150. Ryan got me in right away, at time that was convenient for me. He was able to get me one of there loaner cars while my truck was being worked on. This was way better than waiting, I was able to get errands done that freed up my weekend. "The customer service is great. The staff addressed all my issues and communicates extremely well. They issue a very thorough inspection report with photographs of potential problem areas and suggested repairs. They rate the seriousness of the problems so you can decide if there is work you'd rather have done later. I had quite a bit of work done and they completed it in a week, which I think is reasonable given the holiday weekend. I then immediately drove 1,000 miles. All the fixes are solid and returned my confidence that my vehicle will get me where I want to go."
