"Great place to have any mechanical work done. I would recommend this to everyone in metro area. They are honest hard working friendly and have great communication skills. They have worked on my Cadillac CTS-V many times and they have yet to disappoint. Knowledgeable staff with solutions for repairs. "This was my first visit to Tigard SUV and Auto Repair and I was amazed by the level of customer service, the patience of the service team, the helpful advice and the amount of insight they provided. Usually I'm not entirely sure what I'm paying to have done to my car, even if a service advisor swears it's important, but Chris was wonderful and took the time to explain the issue, how it would be resolved, and how it affected by engine as a whole. The emailed inspection report provided an incredible amount of insight into my car that I've never been given before, along with notes and pictures. They even provided suggestions for future service needed and gave me advice on how to make the most out of the extended warranty I purchased along with my used car. I will definitely be coming back here and likely recommending this team to local friends and family when they need auto work done."
