"I'm super leery about going to mechanics I've never been to before, but I soon realized it was unwarranted with Tigard Premier Auto Care. I wish I could speak to the quality of their work but I can speak about their work ethic. When I first called to make an appointment I was treated respectfully and felt like they had an honest appreciation of my worrying about a noise my car was making. When I arrived they didn't make any unrealistic promises about timelines. After about an hour looking into my problem it turned out not to be a mechanical issue. I tried to pay them for their time, but they wouldn't take my money, just gave me a handshake and said to come back when there was something they could help with.
