"Absolutely ridiculous how unprofessional the staff is at the Salem Center mall location. Had them send in my engagement ring and band to be resized. I had to call to verify it came back in. Upon picking it up it had been soldered together (which we did not ask for) AND the inscription was removed from the inside of the band of the engagement ring. Upon requesting to speak with the manager I was faced by 4 other employee stares as they finished up looking at their phones and having a conversation in the doorway. Was told they could send it back to be separated at NO CHARGE TO ME. This is a joke right?? Why would I have to pay for something your company ruined?!?!?! The rest of the conversation was about as useful as the 4 blank stares when I first walked in. Moral of the story if you want polite, professional service use the other location in town. This one is a joke. Thank you for ruining my rings."

"my wife called to verify that if she got her ring cut off at t would be covered by the ring protection. They told us that it would be covered. she got it cut off by a doctor and we brought the ring in and they told us it would cost $500 to repair and that it wasn’t covered by the ring protection. Lancaster said they didn’t talk to us so we went to the downtown location and a woman there said yes she did say it would be covered. they took the ring and a week later tell us it’s not covered and told us how much it cost to repair. This company won’t stand by their word and I refuse to ever spend another dollar here. I will also make sure to pass on the word on how they treat their customers. very disappointed in what I thought was a good company."

"The staff is AMAZING, my mom always went there and purchased rings that were given to my siblings and I when she passed away. I took mine in to be repaired and was taken care of and I realized why my mom went there and it was a very healing and comforting experience. I even received a courtesy condolences card 8n the mail. I am so impressed that I will always fo there to get my jewelry needs met. Not to mention they will extend you a line of credit with a small down payment and divide the rest into payments. Anyone is accepted and they wont deny anyone I was told."
