"Went to return some online purchases and was not happy with the attitude of the clerk. All purchases were made on my torrid card. She made me look them up online, complaining about how hard it is for her to look them up. All the other torrid stores i have been to and never made me do this. I was going to purchase some new items but decided not to after this. I'm new to salem may need to drive to get the customer service."

"Worst experience in a Torrid. Waited around in the store for an associate to greet me or ask if I needed anything. Nothing. The woman behind the counter was helping someone before I even entered so I understood that. But the bald girl kept “stocking” close to me but not asking if I needed any assistance. Should I mention that I’m black? Not a word from anyone. All I wanted was a dress and a few bras. Left the dress I wanted laying on the bench I was sitting on, waiting for help. Perhaps train your employees to actually offer customer service rather than just eyeballing the black chick so she doesn’t steal? Cause she wanted to buy things. And you wouldn’t have a job without customers."
