"Worst Experience EVER, Very Lazy and unfriendly staff! When asking for assistance with help for merchandise the employee stated they are not required to provide any additional help, plenty of employees on the floor but nobody doing anything but standing around and on their phones, and I get that they have tasks to complete but when asked for help nobody was willing to do so, will NOT be returning to this location in the future"
"Location isn't the best. There are protesters from planned parenthood you have to see. And a lot of abandoned cars/rvs. Displaced people as well. The store isn't that clean everything looks tossed. The staff are polite. Actually the security is the nicest. He will greet you and wish you good bye. It feel more like a thrift store then anything else."
"I would like too know what management does when employees till is over? Kids and I were in there 12/17 buying Xmas presents. Kids had cash buying gift for there siblings. My 15 year old spent a 133.?? And some change got to the car and did a cash check as any parent would do and she came out ten dollars short brought it up to lost prevention and got no where. They showed me a video but quality so grainy couldn't see anything! left name and number.."
"One thing I like about Ross is that you never know what you might find here. It's a hit and miss. So sometimes you might find exactly what you were looking for, and other times you may find something else on your list you weren't expecting to pop up....it keeps you coming back for more. Also, their home goods selection isn't bad for the size of the store... I like finding well-priced useful things for my house."
"Store has gone downhill from the time they first opened. Employees are not professional. Don't seem to care. When I visited, you couldn't even tell which young person was a shopper, employee, friend, both, no idea. I don't know if this is your new base of employees. Short of employees. Management. I don't know. Sure there's good prices. But I'm embarrassed to shop there. If I have to go, I'll quickly go to the back and look at the baby/kid items or the misc. Clothes-no. Shoe racks as I remembered used to be full and you guys always had the best selection of purses. Not anymore. I'm very surprised this store is still open."
