"Dr. Balin seemed very knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond what my appointment was originally for. He explained everything as he proceeded and was clear as to what was to follow. I was extremely pleased with my visit."
"In October 2023 I saw Dr. Samuel. Balin was nice but stand offish. For a wellness visit - annual exam. They billed it wrong! It was supposed to be billed as a wellness visit, and they billed it as a cancer screening. I was charged over $700 and the office would not correct it. It so sad that the billing office went out of their way to lose a customer. I refuse to go anywhere - that won't hire competent staff."
"The new doc is very professional and obviously knows his stuff. Problem, is the former doc had amazing bedside manner and the current is all business. I had 'something' frozen off my forehead. It was not explained to me what it was, how my skin might react, and if they was any after care needed. I did the necessary research on my own. Normally I am a strong advocate for my own health. My excuse for not asking questions is that I was in and out in 110 minutes with little time to process. I will continue using this doctor (he's good for sure) but will not be rushed in the future."
