"My cashier was Pam, the nicest person there. I would give Pam 10 stars! Since the stores remodel, I haven't been in much, I can't find anything and it seems many prices are more than a couple of other stores I shop at more now. The produce department was thrashed. I've never seen one so bad. Empty spaces everywhere and items left that should have been pulled. Worst cilantro choices I've ever seen. The rest of the grocery dept looked like it had been quite awhile since anything had been front faced. FM used to be my favorite store. The produce dept in every grocery store gets the bulk of my attention and I have to say, I won't be back to this one anytime soon. :("

"I might be done shopping at Fred Meyer Roseburg after my experience last night. On two occasions I have attempted to get help using digital coupons. After at least 20-25 minutes each time (as my frozen food defrosted), and after receiving no help from the people I asked for assistance, I still was unable to use the digital coupons and had to pay the higher price. As I was checking out last night, a young man came over and suggested that I had forgotten to scan my milk (no, I wasn’t finished checking out, and I just hadn’t scanned it yet). I REALLY DID NOT appreciate being treated like a thief! When I got home, many of the raspberries I had bought were moldy. This is the second time that has happened. Bye bye Fred Meyer."

"Used to love this store. Throwing the products into a tornado to rearrange the store with no maps and little help and removing the price check machines was disappointing. Apparently you can use the app for this now, but finding anything here now after 40+ years of shopping here is now ruined. Now have to wander around forever in a store you once knew like the back of your hand, who cares about the customers?"

"I have to say it been a long time coming, but I am finally to the point where I am done shopping at Fred Meyers. Many people I know have been telling me for a long time they quit shopping at this store. The customer service is so bad and the pricing problems are through the roof. Every time I shop there, as well as other people have told me, items consistently ring up incorrect. Then you have to go to the Customer Service counter and wait for an extended period of time. Also the worst is the digital coupon situation. If you don't catch all the digital coupons and miss one, the cashiers won't give you the discount. I can go to Safeway, Albertsons, or any other store and they will assist you with the correction. Fred Meyers, not a chance. And the Cashiers are rude about it. I worked in the Grocery Industry for 30+ years and am retired from this Industry and never worked in a Grocery store with this level of poor Customer Service or pricing problems. Also the expired products on the shelf are staggering. Someone needs to call Weights and Measures on this store. For a town with mostly Elderly customers it is really a shame this store puts so much undue stress on their customers. Sherm's is a better options with no digital coupon nightmare and better prices. I have always been a loyal Ralph's customer, which is same as Fred Meyers, but not in this town. Other people need to speak up or nothing will change."

"Online experience reviewed. In store is fine. Online ordering for over 1 year with multiple issues. Compare to another store in town also receiving online orders and experience there is 100% better. First, website item availability frequently incorrect. Ordered 2 items recent and receipt states out of stock, but when immediately checked both items are still in stock online. This has happened multiple times. I rarely ask for refund, did once before and again recently. They give the Refund for In store shopping! Hello. there is a reason I am ordering online delivery! My daughter in another town just used my number and did not receive the whole refund! So many issues, cannot call the store about delivery issue. Person answered (manager) was rude and irritated and told me I had to call Instacart the store has nothing to do with online orders! The other store I shop at handles issues directly, I am able to talk to a person in the Roseburg Store, vs someone on the east coast etc. There are more issues. I emailed 2 weeks ago instead of calling about an incorrect delivery and have never received an email back! I was charged incorrectly, This happens frequently as many coupons are not credited! This time I am owed 30.00 and do not want it to be an in store credit! I want my account refunded! I am so frustrated!"
