"I stopped by to get a tail light bulb changed out. I asked Isaac if I could take a short video of what he was doing so I could do it myself next time. Not only did he accept, he started thoroughly explaining what he was doing!! The store actually ended up being out of the bulbs I needed - but Isaac did not give up on helping me. He wrote down the type of bulbs I needed and reccomended I go down the street and get some. I felt a little guilty that my visit had generated no income for the store, but Isaac was not phased at all. It was very satisfying getting to call up another store and ask them for the part I needed by name, as if I knew what I was talking about! Ten minutes later I am sitting in the parking lot, fresh bulb installed and very happy to have just completed my own maintenance on my vehicle for the first time. Thank you Isaac!!!"
"This is a great place to go for a good portion of your car needs. They have a decent and large selection of products, a little spendy but within reason and are open pretty late. Which I love. However. Not all of the employees are equally as knowledgeable as one another when it comes to the products they have in store. While they were friendly, and I do appreciate the offer to help me find what I was looking for, I had more knowledge on the products then the boy who was "helping" me bur then just stood there. Next time I'll just smile and say.....nahhhh, I got it. Thanks man" lolll. But overall, great store with a lot to offer :)"
