Aspen Dental - Roseburg, OR

"All the staff I have dealt with is wonderful, kind and helpful! But they are severally and chronically understaffed. It has been about a year now that we have been with them, the first six months they didn't have a hygienist and now they are without a dentist. They try to bring in traveling temporary people - but it is a struggle to get our appointments made, and then as often as not they have to be cancelled due to lack of staffing. The office staff is so fantastic! I don't know why they can't keep staff - but it does make it tricky for everyone. Edit - it has been a few months. I continue to be unable to get appointments for my family. I have emailed and left messages and do not get a response back. Signage in front of the building says that there is office space for rent... has Aspen closed?"

"They canceled my appointment twice. The first time they called the day before my appointment because they booked me on a day they didn’t even have a dentist in the office. So I waited another 9 days for my appointment and they called less than two hours before I was supposed to be there to cancel because the dentist didn’t want to see a new patient today. I’m so beyond disappointed with them. Do not recommend."

"I just needed a denture repair, but they wanted to be sure everything was okay in my mouth, so they took x-rays and had the dentist look, just to be sure. No charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. They treated me like I mattered. The dental assistant did a very good temporary repair to hold me until next week when they can do the full job. I was very impressed with the people and the experience. Definitely 5 stars!"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Aspen dental in roseburg on Garden Vally Boulevard is amazing. Honestly I’ve been pretty nervous about going to a dentist because I haven’t been since I was a kid, but all the staff was so kind and helpful and made my experience really pleasant and positive. I was instantly greeted by Heather (the very nice lady at the front desk) and she helped explain everything that they were going to be doing for me and made small talk to help calm my all too obvious nerves. Lol Over all, all the staff was really informative and really made sure I understand what was going on. And the dentist was really knowledgeable and really seems to enjoy his job. To top it all off the managers Brisen and Amanda are outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with them while checking out and they both helped me figure out a good and affordable plan moving forward since I don’t have dental insurance and showed me the best ways Aspen could help me. Because of all these amazing people going back to this aspen dental for my next visit will be a very good experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
