"I’m forced to withdraw a cash from atm machine to pay cashier. Old woman isn’t kind of person who greets clients. Next time I will print label of my own pay through online without fee."

"I used this company to ship a box of very valuable books. Two days later I found that the package was sent to the USPS Mail Recovery Center because it was unable to be delivered or returned to sender because THE STORE NEVER PUT A SHIPPING LABEL ON IT. Who knows when or if I will be able to have the package located and shipped to the appropriate location. After looking at the reviews left by other customers, it seems that the USPS needs to terminate their contract with this store."

"Worst costumer service postal service... Never had a experience like . This place need young people where they can actually be able to handle certain situations.. it looks like this 2 ladies don't know how to have a good costumer service how they can try to make you so ignorant. How can I contact the post master of this location?? Every time I go in I have to act super sweet to be treated good....I worked at a contract station and we worked by the USPS policies not the owner or the location, is ridiculous how they just refuse anything saying "is United States Postal Services policies" ....They can lie other people not me when I used to be an employee."

"I don’t share negative reviews often, I always try to give people chances - however I have run out of chances for this establishment. Not only is it terrible service and she is just plain flat rude, but I agree with the previous review that the lady in there racially profiles her customers. I really hope she realizes how she comes across and makes some changes - or goes into a profession where she doesn’t interact with people."

"Extremely rude ladies! Tried to argue with me over a label that I always buy online through a reputable business PayPal it happened to say flat rate envelope for a padded flat rate envelope on the label but USPS has ALWAYS accepted my packages and they’ve always delivered them because that’s how it gets printed out and it’s the right postage. I walked in for literally 60 seconds and will never walk back in again. Shame that these old ladies have nothing else to do but be rude to potential customers. I’d rather go to the South Salem USPS post office ACROSS TOWN to drop off my bigger packages then deal with their horrible customer service ever again!"
