They showed us exactly what we were looking for, sent us a design so we could visualize it better, cost included full delivery and installation, and also provided us with color samples to take home. I love working with someone who knows their stuff. Just know you are going to pay more than ordering off Costco or Wayfair but it includes delivery and installation plus lifetime warranty and supporting a local company. When you include delivery and installation, it makes it well worth it!!! In addition, it is completely customizable! Enjoying the adjustable shelves a lot! Plus we could just call the company when we had a problem."
