"I made a call at 8:03 AM the time they opened. I asked when an available plumber can come by and install a faucet . She told me that they would give me a call back and tell me when they could be out there. It is now almost 1 PM. And still haven’t heard a thing so I called the competition Aboveboard plumbing, and they told me they’d be out between 12 and 1 PM and they are here. 5.0 rating for Newport plumbing, really?"
"Thank you to Newport Plumbing for another job well done at our home. John S was our plumber this time, he did a fantastic job replacing our kitchen faucet with our new Moen fixture, a new drain set up in one of our bathrooms, plus replacing an outdoor hose bib for us. John S was polite, worked very quickly, and left a clean jobsite. We had not asked for the bathroom drain fix when requesting the appointment, but he said he could fix it quickly and had the parts on the truck with him! We highly recommend Newport Plumbing in Newport, on the Oregon Coast. We will use them next time we need them and recommend them to family, friends, and clients."
