"Went to purchase some 2x4s a while back. And walked off the lot when I witnessed an employee named Jerry harassing a customer. Calling her names and treating her poorly. And yelling profound things from across the lot..... sad this place used to not tolerate such behavior with the old owners."
"We bought a prebuilt Old Hickory Shed from Grays. We had a cement slab laid after purchasing it and receiving assurance Gray’s could deliver. Our yard is raised about 5-6 ft above roadway. We called for delivery when concrete was dry. The driver (not a Grays employee) came to look at our site and told us he couldn’t make that delivery because of the height. We went back to Grays pretty upset because we spend $3000 on cement. Louis was so nice and professional and referred us to the regional boss for OHS, Todd Hall. I’m not sure what Todd did but we got our shed delivered!(perfectly I might add). It looks great and we love it! We have purchased a lot of lumber and materials from Grays and have always been treated like we count by every employee there!"
"Grays has always been awesome. However, with the new change in ownership their level of excellence is unreal. They provide great customer service, have the best prices in town, can get you anything you need and even have onsite sheds prebuilt to sell. I hear they will be starting a pole barn division soon as well. Pick your size of pole barn, they have plans and prices ready to go to get your project done within weeks and at fair pricing. Could not be happier with James, Mia and Slav down at the yard!"
"The employees are very helpful suggesting what materials are available and then loading it for you. The owner is pleasant and fun to talk with. The prices are much lower than local lumber stores. The wood is not grade A material but it was sufficient for my needs. I built these two projects with Gray's lumber. A 10' x 10' storage shed and a cedar flower box. I will most definitely go back when starting my next project."
