"You have to measure every piece of lumber you purchase here: They will load the wrong items, twisted beams, etc. You must also check price of EACH item you purchase; they told me a $40 roll of insulation now cost $225; I showed them the orange store app price, they simply price gouge. This week I ordered 3/4 plywood, they loaded us up and sent us out with 5/8 plywood. Couldn’t for the life of me figure out why my project wasn’t lining up, of course it’s all cut now, finally realized they didn’t give me what I actually paid for. It’s worth a trip elsewhere."
