Took time to make sure chair worked properly, it actually had the recliner handle on upside down, and they discovered and fixed it on site. Took away our old chair. "Jon and Alex arrived right on time and were so careful with each item. They kept my new sofa-sleeper completely covered until they got it inside. Then they carefully removed the plastic. They placed it in my guest room and even asked if it was exactly where I wanted it. All packaging material was removed and they were so efficient and friendly. I love Roby's!!!"
