"4 years ago I gave this Ace in Newport a five-star rating because of their customer service. However as of 12/31/23, I have changed to a 1 star. The reason is is because I have gone into this Ace hardware 3 times recently after checking online if an item is in stock, to get to the store and it's out of stock. I asked the associate what would of happened if I had ordered it for pickup in 15 mins . They said when arrived, it would not be here. I am all about small businesses, but this is why Harbor Freight is coming to Newport."
