"The first time I came in to see Brandee to tattoo my eyebrows I decided I still needed time to make what I felt was a permanent decision. Therefore, I left. Thankfully Brandee was very kind and understanding and said to contact her if and when I was ready at a later time. About 6 months later I made an apt. I'm so glad I did!
