"Was told by an instructor that my daughter had bacterial dandruff which I had never heard of and that they couldn't do more than take off the length for her but were not willing to do anymore to it until she was seen by a doctor. Got her home and her hair was cut very uneven to the point that we will have to cut another two inches off it just to even it up. I then took her to her doctor and when I told him what they said he laughed, he said that bacterial dandruff is very rare and clearly not what is going on with my daughter. So even though the haircut only cost $10 plus tip I feel ripped off they screwed up my daughter's hair making it so she will lose more length and on top of that made her feel dirty and contagious which for a 12 year can be devastating. I will never do business with these people again."

"Today was my first visit.. I love my hair, but management has issues , I checked prices on their website before I scheduled the appointment and confirmed with the scheduler about said prices. But I paid about 40 more than expected, and I was not informed of any extra charges during consultation. When I called to discuss the discrepancies I was told, "Oh ya, the website hasn't been updated yet".... no offer to fix any part of the issue though."
"Love this academy! The architecture is inviting with a lot of natural lighting. The teachers are very professional and easy to talk to and the students are knowledgeable and confident. 10/10 would recommend."
