"Staff are very knowledgeable, and they are a wonderful help! I haven't had the best experience with Sally's Beauticians until Roseburg. The ones in Salem were quacked, and didn't listen to customer's needs or wants."

They were busy stalking shelves, but never forgot I was there and made sure they were available to help or answer questions. I appreciated that very much, and then they just let me shop. "Sad, this is honestly the worse Sally's i have ever visited. The store has almost no products that are for or should be used with hair types for people of color, biracial, or muti-racial hair types. Almost all product contain alcohol and other additive that are just not healthy for biracial/multiracial hair types. They also dont really carry a huge selection of clean products, alot of products here are trash based off of the think dirty ratings. Using these types of products with those hair types will damage your hair and cause it to break off, not to mention are essentially cancer causing. Check for yourself. It's clear they are only interested in catering to a certain clientele and are not all that inclusive, or they are just woefully unaware or ignorant of do's and don't beyond 1 hair type. The lady implied to me, that they really only cater to 2 hair types blonde and brunette. Hopefully they can learn how to best help ALL women and now just those with lighter complexions. Do better. Extremely disappointed in this Sally's."

"Just left Sally’s in roseburg, and I am so upset! The manager with purple hair, said her name is “Corey”. Wow she is rude. Several people have told me how harassing she is but now I know first hand! She accused me of stealing and made a big commotion over it in front of my two kids and mother all because I left a product in the wrong spot! I’m really surprised she still has a job because of all the complaints people have made. She definitely shouldn’t work with people if she can’t control her outbursts. Very unprofessional!"
