"My daughter paid for her first professional hair color with her money earned from her first job. She showed the gal a picture of what she wanted. Light brown hair with lighter colored highlights at the end. What she got five hours later was BLACK hair with orangish highlights.(just a few odd looking ones in the very back) Now she is out $220 and hates her hair. It is beyond obvious that it was nowhere near what she asked asked for. Yet the gal didn’t offer a discount, still charged her an excessive fee."
