"Roberta was very kind but seemed a bit rushed. She moves very quickly and kept splashing my face with shampoo and water while washing my hair. I wanted a shoulder length cut with some soft layers around my face, long enough so that I could still put it up. I ended up with the longest layer (in the back) a good inch above my shoulders and layers around my entire head that were only a couple inches long. By the time she was done it was so short i was hesitant to say anything. She didn't ask my opinion or show me the back of my hair."
