"Hair stylists DO NOT LISTEN. I made it clear I wanted the smallest amount cut off the top, she said an inch and a half and I said that’s way too much and she did an inch and a quarter. I am incredibly unhappy with my hair cut. In addition to that she didn’t talk to me the entire time I was in the chair, and when she could tell I was dissatisfied at the end she tried to tell me how the haircut I was given is “so trendy right now” but it is NOT what I asked for. I seriously will never ever EVER go back to one of these studios after this experience."

"My daughter got her hair cut here....I have never seen a hair cut as horrible as what she came home with. She had long beautiful hair wanted a little framing around her face. The worst part is the lady knew she messed up, wet her hair down and put oils in it then sent on her way. Its sooooo bad. And we are now having to spend huge money to fix it. Trust that receipt will be taken to your store with expectations of compensation. Incompetence at its finest....."

"I called ahead to see what the procedure was for getting my son a haircut and it was recommended to check in online because there was a 75 minute wait. I loved this idea and I was very excited about trying it out.. until we arrived at our appointment exactly on time and the salon closed 1 hour early without notifying me. Not sure what the point of requiring a phone number as part of the online check-in process is if you don't call your clients when there is a critical change to the appointment. This was incredibly inconvenient and costly (Uber dependent people here) for us. Never the less, we gave it another go the following morning. This time check in was seamless and played out exactly as I had initially envisioned it. Now, as for the quality of the cut. I'll say that it matches the fairly inexpensive price well. We told the stylist to give my my son a trim but had to put him back up in the chair because as far as I could tell, his hair with the exact same as when we had walked in, just combed better. Eventually though, the job did get done and it's worth noting that all the stylists were very friendly and receptive to feedback. Because of this, I am willing to give this salon another try in hopes that this was just a very one-off kind of situation/day."

"It's too much of a gamble if you're going to get someone who's going to listen to what you want versus someone who's going to do a decent job. Money's tight so my boyfriend and I have gone about 3 times (once a month). My first experience was with the manager who was nice, did a good job, and listened to what I wanted. Next time I went I had a different woman who was silent the entire time and didn't do anything I had requested. I tried sparking up conversation but she was very unenthused. Awful second experience that left me very frustrated. My boyfriend just got his haircut today, and had the same woman who didn't listen. His hair looked the same when he came out. Just save your money and go somewhere that'll provide you a better experience, and not leave you feeling frustrated afterwards. Or just learn to cut your own hair."

"I should’ve known better. How embarrassing. Lesson learned. Money is tight and I was hoping for just one length. No layers, nothing fancy. Just one length. I was in the chair for no more than 8-10 minutes. $27 I could’ve put towards the $60 haircut I was trying to avoid. I thought it was a simple enough task. I tried to point out what needed adjusted and she just sliced in real quick without touching. At that point I decided it was probably in my best interest to avoid the scissors making any more add’l cuts. Said thank you, was nice and left. I hope this gives some of you a good laugh. Silly me. I emailed customer service already. Not worth my time to be mean in the store. But a review goes a long way as a reminder for some of you who want to save money on a hair cut these days. Don’t save the money. Invest in yourself. Lol"
