"I had the length to achieve any of the 4 photos I brought in! I specifically crossed out the lower right picture with a NO on it. I did not want to go that short. I came home with a butchered mess. I Do NOT look like any of the photos, except the one I specifically said NO TO. My hair is less than 1/8 of an inch. I look like a boy. It will take me two years minimum to grow this out. It is so ugly. You can see my scalp as it is sooo short. There is no other word - ugly. I am so upset. I might add that the moment my husband saw me he was appalled at how ugly it looked. So, it’s not just my opinion. I am asking the shop owner to contact me. Please don’t ever go there and get the same stylist I had. Addendum: No, there was no miscommunication as you claim. As many times as you wish to project this on me, I did not wield the scissors and I do not take responsibility for your employees. 1.  I had ample hair growth to achieve the look.  I asked Ryan's advice so if he didn't think possible we would do something different.  He agreed there was ample hair growth.2.  I had several pictures showing what I wanted and one picture clearly marked NO as I did not want my hair that short.  We discussed this and Ryan understood.3.  He kept cutting and cutting and cutting and cutting until I told him to stop as it was already WAY too short.  4. I specifically asked him not  to cut my bangs and he did.5.  The styled picture showed ladies with pixie cuts with hair at least 6 inches long flowing over a wedge up cut.  Mine is less than 1/8 inch and in several places it is shaved to my skull in several places.6.  The customer is always right and I should not have to listen to your excuses that attempt to put the blame on me.  Ryan muffed it up -badly.  I always had Ebby at your salon and liked her.  Ryan is too inexperienced.  He basically cut my hair like his - shaven sides with a mop top.  NOT AT ALL WHAT I SPECIFIED.  7.  It is not my responsibility to direct every scissor movement your stylist makes, therefore, I did not instruct Ryan how to achieve the look desired. This is , without a doubt, the worst haircut I have ever had in 65 years.  This is the first time I have been so upset at how ugly you made me look and how long it will take to grow out and fix this.  You should be ashamed to let someone so inexperienced cut clients hair without supervision.  Stop blaming me.  I didn't cut my own hair. You did."
