"Called for a quote and received very rude customer service. Talked down to me since I had a ticket on my record. Went on about how I also had a tow on my record and a windshield replaced due to a crack! That shouldn't count, and I certainly don't deserve to be talked down to because of it. Prices were very high and I'll never call them again."

"UPDATE: The auto-reply you see below from Amica came in just a couple of hours after I posted this. Too bad no one from Amica has yet to actually return any calls or emails since May. Useless. Typical bad insurance practices... - signed up with Courtland Wagner in 2017, very helpful in setting everything up... once he had our polices locked, loaded, and paid for... never heard from him again. - Amica removed their flex mile policy for everyone, and automatically moved us to a much more expensive regular 6 month policy. - I accidentally scrapped a parked car in March causing about $1k in minor fender/panel damage. When trying to make the claim, Amica says, "there's no policy found." We had and still have full coverage, all paid on-time and in-full. Three different reps on the national 800 line all said, "computer error" and that we do have coverage. But somehow NO ONE calls us back.. not even the supervisor (Tiffany Vasquez) of the supervisor (Katherine Rameriez), of the rep (Leanne Eldridge) who sent the letter stating "No policy with us" can be bothered to call or email us back. ...yep, heading to Small Claims court now. Hopefully, Courtland will remember us."
