The employee, Ben Stiller, found correct replacement windshield wipers and was willing and able to put them on for me and then, noticing a bump on my car, offered to grab the suction device in his vehicle to see if he could “pull” the bump out and HE DID IT. great place. "Had decent experiences in the past. However, went in asking for a 2" freeze plug. They refused to look anything up without an vehicle application. Short story go somewhere else these guys are completely reliant on a computer database."
"Walking in the store for the first time, I didn't expect the level of customer service, knowledge and professionalism I received from their team. I got an emergency msg on my dashboard about my coolant level being low and then later my engine started having a weird noise. I took my car to Auto Zone and Jesse checked the oil level and sure enough it was almost dry. Ian recommended the type and quantity of oil I should buy and then took care of both the oil and coolant for me. I was really amazed at how knowledgeable and helpful both of them were."
