"My mom told me about this place. They’re super kind, super fast and efficient, and they also take the time to explain things. I went in for an oil change, and also got my engine filter cleaned and my brake lines. I usually don’t like when people at oil change places try to push other things on me, but they weren’t being pushy. At first, I declined, but then I asked about the purpose of those other 2 services. All in all, I had a wonderful experience, and I will be going again."

"UPDATE: Fast Lane responded saying they noted the damage on the invoice and to refer to it. Their printer was down so we didn't get an invoice, paper or email, (my son explicitly told them to email me) and he is 100% certain they didn't tell him about any damage. They only mentioned the air filter and the brake fluid. I also found out that the employees had to search YouTube videos on how to get rid of the oil light. Now I'm not even worried that they didn't top off the fluids, chances are they would have put wiper fluid in the transmission. The facts are: he went in for an oil change and on the way home his skid plate fell off. Zero stars. Original review: My son took his car in for an oil change on Sunday before heading home to Corvallis. He noticed a sound coming from underneath and when he got home found that the skid plate was not put back on correctly and most of the bolts were actually missing. It had drug on the ground and is now cracked and broken. They didn't even top off the other fluids. This place has been going downhill for several years now but this is ridiculous. If the plate had fallen off on the freeway it could have done some real damage. Absolutely irresponsible and unacceptable work on their part."
