"Called a few times inquiring about a service that they may offer. I couldn't completely understand the guy, I had to ask a few times for him to repeat himself. Afterwards called the next business day and they we're too busy to offer the service I asked about the day prior. The next day after that we planned for a meet at 12 P.M. and that's when I decided to go somewhere else. Gas prices are too high to be driving from one place to another to ask for help with car problems."
