"They performed an oil change quickly and professionally. They show you what's being done and also informed me of extra service required for my warranty on my next visit. I think I was done in about 15 minutes. I'll be going back."

"Had an issue with a battery that I had purchased one time that needed some serious confronting to resolve but eventually it was taken care of as it should have been.. I also purchased a set of windshield wipers here that I feel like aren't the best.. I spend a lot of money here aside from oil changes, such as other maintenance services that they provide. For the most part I am content with this location and I still attend.. The crew is very friendly and knowledgeable."

"Went for an oil change. I like that they did not pull out the plug, but siphoned the oil out instead. No stripped plug to worry about. I did not like that they quoted me a price in the beginning and then changed it when it was time to pay. They said the quoted price was for 5 qts or less, and mine used more. Fine, then quote it that way. Don't bait and switch. It was my first time there, and they lost me as a customer at that moment. That was dumb. There were some other issues, new person, computer issues, etc. So things took longer than expected. And I strongly dislike the wasted time trying to sell me additional services. Pretty much a so-so experience."

"My recommendation is not to trust this Valvoline with your car’s service, based on what happened to me. I took my car in for a routine oil change, and a month later, my car overheated and broke down, because a giant prying tool was left inside the engine. I have the physical tool in my possession, and am attaching a picture here. This Valvoline location was the last place to open my engine, so I called them to let the know and ask them to make it right. After calling and calling, asking for information, they closed my case, denying that the tool was theirs. The manager, who was supposed to contact me, never did. When I went into the location myself, I found out that the reason they declined to investigate is that they don’t have video footage of the time of my service. They insist, however, that the tool could not be theirs because they perform regular “tool audits,” only use specific brands and run a "tight ship", which is interesting to me based on the attached photo that I took outside of this location when I visited, of the messy, disorganized tool cart full of all different brands of tools… My requests to see the tool audit records for the time of my service have, unsurprisingly, also been ignored. The tool caused the cooling fan to stop working, bursting the radiator hose, warping the engine and completely ruining the car. If you like your car and don’t want to let it get destroyed with no recompense, take your car to any other oil change location. I am more than happy to discuss this issue further with anyone looking to bring more attention to, or represent my interests in this issue, and am interested in pursuing this absolute malfeasance to the fullest extent possible. This Valvoline’s negligence is disgusting and they should be ashamed."

"First time here. They let you stay in your car while they complete the service. They explain every step of the process as they do it and are extremely friendly. I was done in 15 minutes. Also got a $10 coupon online."
