"The staff is really nice and very helpful. My little dog was out of his seizure medicine and was having a hard time getting it from his previous vet. He has really bad seizures. Dr Foskey's office called and got his medical records and was able to provide me his seizure medicine within a couple of hours. My family and I are very grateful for your help in our time of need. Our little dog can't handle anymore seizures. His last seizure had lasted 9 minutes. We brought him to the vet immediately and he has been on seizure medicine for about 6 months now. He hasn't had a seizure since and thanks to Dr Foskey's office he has his meds and is safe at home to live another day. They saved him from having to suffer another seizure and probably his life."

"I recently moved to the area and needed to get established with a veterinarian. My dog has a medical condition and takes daily medication. I set up an appointment, went in, and had my dogs seen and all their records sent. I told them I still had a few months left on my prescription and didn't need one now. When it came time to refill, I called the office and was told they had no record of my dog taking any medication and I would have to come back in. This was very frustrating, but I made an appointment. Luckily my previous vet called me in an emergency prescription. I arrive for my appointment at 1:45pm for a 2:00pm appointment. We were taken in the back at 1:55. Great! The tech came in and asked if my dog had a seizure and I said no. I just need to get her medication refilled. She said the doctor would be in shortly. 2:10... no doctor. 2:30...no doctor. 2:45... no doctor. 3:00... no doctor. At this point I go to the front desk and ask if I could get an approximation of how much longer it would be. I was rudely told to go back in the room and someone would be in shortly. After another 5 minutes, the tech came back in and said the doctor was in surgery and should be done soon. SHOULD. She had no idea how long it would be. If they would have communicated this with me, I wouldn't have been so irritated, but it was a complete disrespect of my time. I left and will be finding another place to take my girls."
