"I've been going here for many years. Always treated with kindness and I've never had a bad experience with any of the staff. Doc works with me when I can't make it before they close. Not a big fancy place that goes to savings for the people. Definitely can't beat the price anywhere. If you won't good service and a big savings give them a try."

"Worst, absolute worst customer service i have ever received. I walk in the place with my husband and two children and am asked who needs to be seen. I told the lady that all four of us need to be seen. She slaps her hands down on the desk and said, " Well you should have been here earlier because we are not going to have enough time to see everyone". i go on to tell her that i get off of work at a certain time and that i had to go get my kids to get them seen and she continues to tell me that common sense should have told me to get here earlier. I am fuming mad at this point and she tells me to get insurance cards so she can verify them. I offered to fax them earlier in the day so the verification process could be completed when i got there and she stated that they could not accept them that way. Also, I have a printed copy of my card with everything they need on it. Can't accept the card in this form. I happen to know differently because i work in the medical field. So, i cant be seen. Then they call my daughter first and she is timid and shy and she wants me to go back with her. She is 9 and a little scared. The woman tells me no, that i cannot go back because the room is not big enough. Anger building further. Then when my daughter comes out and she needs glasses, this woman proceeds to try and pick the frames that my daughter will have. UUUmmmm, last i checked. i gave birth to her and that is my place not yours. Bad service continued from that point on. Got past the process with my kids but i will NEVER, EVER, EVER set foot back in this doorway again other than to pick up kid's glasses. I don't know how the doors are still open the way they treat people."
