"The hotel would not provide additional towels due to the towels being stolen. Several guests including myself reported broken heaters during nights were temperatures were below 40s. We found cockroach in the room and reported the issue and nothing was done. In one case a cockroach had crawled into the nightstand so we put the nightstand in the hall and the owner became rude and checked us out a day earlier."

"Staff are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast has Jimmy Dean sandwiches that are tasty and easy to hear up. Our roof smelled like cat pee, but went away after we turned on the air conditioner. It came back after we took a shower, so we bought air freshener to spray. Decent location, but wouldn't stay again."

"Good rates. Let us check in before usual time without charging us. Clean, but could use updates.. Our main concern was that the door to the room had to be picked up on on order to close and lock it. Which we were not told about in advance. There was also no safe in the room."

"Pretty much an average standard hotel room, just what you'd expect. Nothing more, nothing less. It was clean and relatively comfortable, but that in- room AC unit kept kicking on every few minutes and was excessively loud. Only dealt with one staff member, courteous and quiet. The place was mostly empty which was nice, first floor room with easy access to parking, so no awkward squeezing through hallways or elevators with a bunch of strangers and their luggage. Not a bad place, I'd be comfortable staying again, but nothing really exceptional either. You probably won't find anything better in the area as its a pretty small town with not enough traffic to justify a bigger fancy chain hotel moving in. Average is the keyword here."

"I was just there Jan 29-31 2016 and everything was awesome except a few things, 1 we found a roach in the hallway but that could have came from outside this is louisiana and they get in my house too, there wasn't any in our rooms, then housekeeping only replaced big towels no little wash clothes we was without wash cloths for a shower, then the bath tub was filling up as we showered so we were taking a bath and shower at the same time, then the worse thing was mt daughter with a rare kidney disease and her husband had the sofa bed because we had room 224 the king suite and for 4 people they had no choice but to sleep on the sofa bed and the springs were sticking out and she could not wait to get back home she was hurting so bad, the bed was seriously awful, I would only go back with 2 people because the other bed was fine, i am a smoker and it is an 100% nonsmoking hotel and I liked that because I don't even smoke in my own house, it makes it stink and changes the walls colors!! other than that it was great!!!"
