They also offer free, on-site water testing, for which they will give you a free sample water bottle. Extremely helpful employee told me that I couldn't bring water samples to them five times a day, and they'd be very happy to test it each time. If you need a part or accessory that they don't have in stock, they can order it for you. They also have a huge selection of Taylor brand reagents available."
