"We arrived and our dog was seen very quickly. We were thankful there were not many patients ahead of us. Dr. Allison examined our dog then met with us and thoroughly explained the possible causes and discussed various treatment plans. We were discharged a while later and a team member thoroughly reviewed discharge instructions with us. Front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Security officer stationed by front door, which we were not expecting to see. But I’m sure Blue Pearl has their reasons. Extra levels of security are (sadly) needed during these times. Thank you for the exceptional and thorough service! We are thankful for you!"

"I visited Blue Pearl Pet Hospital after my lab (who has diabetes) decided to throw his own party and ingested 2 bags of Hershey kisses and some suckers while I was at work. I knew we had to get right in somewhere because of the way he was acting. They were so sweet and they explained everything from the beginning to the end. I knew how much it was going to cost so it wasn’t a shock when it was time to pay. And it was reasonable for everything they did. They even updated me through every thing even though they were very busy. I would definitely recommend this place."

"All I can say is I wish I’d gone here sooner. After 4 long months of tests and trying to figure out what was wrong with my poor pup, we finally got a Cushing’s diagnosis, which ended up being what I thought all along. Dr. Devine was so competent, thorough, and a great communicator and listener. She answered all my questions and for the first time in months I felt like we could see a path to help Sadie get some relief. I also especially want to give thanks to Bree in the office of the Internal Medicine clinic for going above and beyond to stay in communication with me and the rescue during complicated billing and scheduling issues. She was the literal reason I ended up using this Blue Pearl. I’m so glad we took a chance and stayed for our consult. It’s a very tough situation as I had only just brought this dog into my home and now a devastating illness. I’m glad to have these guys for whatever lies ahead."

"We brought our 15 yo dog in for ER care after experiencing a grand mal seizure that wasn’t resolving. Dr Kaiser and his nurse Torah saw him immediately and started intervention to stabilize him. His blood pressure dropped precariously but the nurse stayed with him and with Dr Kaiser’s oversight they finally got him stable. Dr Kaiser kept us updated throughout and provided us with information to help us make the best possible decisions for our little guy. We were able to pick him up after 12 hours of icu observation and he is doing well now. I am very grateful for the care the Blue Pearl team provided to our senior fur baby. We have used them over the years for 3 other emergent care situations and have had excellent experiences every time. I highly recommend them!"

"My partner and I went to Blue Pearl on New Year’s Eve because our dog had gotten spayed the day before NYE and we had to seek immediate medical care since all vets were closed. Our 1 year old dog vomited 7 times and began having blood in her stool. (She had a reaction to her Pain medication that was prescribed from her regular vet) While we were waiting to be seen by the Doctor, her assistant had came and asked us a few questions about our dog. The first thing she said to us was regarding about our dogs cone and spoke to us rudely and we weren’t the only people that she spoke rudely too in the waiting room. Hours later after waiting, we finally see the Doctor and she began treatment planning with us. She recommended a bill that was $600. We ended up walking out with Probotics and a new pain medication but the doctor failed to give us an anti diarrhea medication. As we were checking out, the assistant that was assigned to our dog she went over how much medication to give her and she spoke so fast that we couldn’t even understand what she was saying. Towards the end when she asked if we had a question, My girlfriend asked her if we were able to give these to her tonight and to repeat which is for what and she gave a disgusting look and said “ it’s all on the paper.” With rude attitude. Our dog began pooping straight blood. we finally seek the CORRECT help with our regular vet first thing when they opened. We felt our dog wasn’t diagnose properly, staff members rushed our visit, seemed like some of the staff members were unhappy with their jobs, and our dog wasn’t treated as a priority."
