"My experience with this clinic was extremely frustrating. They scheduled my appointment incorrectly, and when I showed them my confirmation, they didn't take ownership of their mistake. While they offered drop-off and rescheduling for my pet, they showed no consideration for the time I had spent preparing for the confirmed appointment and the inconvenience it caused (for example time off work, getting a babysitter to watch my newborn, etc). To make matters worse, they claimed to send text reminders, but we never received any. This lack of communication and accountability from the front desk staff, Jen, left me highly dissatisfied. I then spoke the manager, Tayna, who was at another location, she admitted she had incorrectly scheduled me, and again took no action to help rectify my time already spent going to this appointment. The only thing she offered was a discount for my next appointment, however with the way I was treated, I wouldn't want to come back. When I told her this she said there was nothing else she could do and that she would be disconnecting the phone call. This clinic is quick to charge you a fee if you're late or miss your appointment, but when it's their fault, they don't consider implications. I won't be returning to this clinic."

"Let me just start by saying, Dr. Brantman truly saved my dog, Gizmo, eye and never gave up on him. My dog had a horrible eye infection and with the Dr's guidance and knowledge, we were able to save his eye! The staff are always so friendly and kind. I will forever be grateful for Dr. Brantman for doing all she did to help my dog!!"

"I was throughly impressed with this facility as a former veterinary practice manager. It is clean and spotless, beautifully designed and comfortable. The coffee and tea area was great. I was thrilled to see they were AAHA accredited- which means they voluntarily conform to the exacting standards of AAHA in all areas from surgery to the front desk. This made me feel much safer about my pet needing surgery there in a few days. The staff were all very friendly and compassionate, from reception to the treatment area. The doctor was wonderful and I was instantly at ease with her. Very happy to make the trip to this place any time for my pets eye needs. Prices are very reasonable for a specialist! I was surprised at how affordable the surgery would be."

With my poor girl losing her eyesight in a matter of just a couple hours, this wonderful clinic got us in within the next day of calling and leaving a VM. All around a wonderful place. "I was so lucky to get an appointment with this eye clinic for my cat Basil when they were booked for weeks or months. However the understood the emergency and scheduled my cat Basil in two days to help his left eye. The doctor and the staff were wonderful. They were also very friendly. The doctor was very knowledgeable. She sent him home with two types of eyes drops and he showed great improvement in few days. He is doing great now and almost fully recovered. I highly recommend this clinic if your pet needs any eye attention. I can't thank the doctor and the staff enough for taking care of my boy."
