"If I could give zero stars I would , from the beginning it was terrible . We were lied to about the pool being opened . Our friends car got broken into the next day and the staff did not car at all . It is posted there is cameras in use but apparently that’s also a lie . We advanced paid 558 $ weeks prior and two days into was charged an additional 627 $ and 700 $ and some change . That staff also did not care and were not helpful , not even the Hilton hotline number . James was the only nice one there and also the breakfast staff as well . Our friend also found a bandaid under their pillow as well . We do have to come back in a year for my daughter mri scan but will absolutely not stay here ever again . Do not recommend it"

"We had a horrible experience from the start. When we were booking the hotel, we asked if their pool was closed (because that was a reason we wanted to stay here) and the front desk said no, but we found out the night before that it was. They wouldn't let us pay online or in advance for it because we needed to fill out a credit card authorization form. The first night we stayed, we got our back window smashed in all over my son's carseat, but nothing was taken. There were three other cars that got hit too. The front desk was no help. There is a sign that says security cameras in use, but that's a lie. And we found a used Band-Aid stuck to one of our pillows. Also come to find out they charged our card a $100 incidental fee and our friend's the $100 for our room, their room, and the price of both rooms. The front desk said it was something with our card, but they were able to charge the $100. They say it's all "nonrefundable"... wonder why. At least James gave us complimentary breakfasts for the pool debacle!"

"Absolutely horrible experience. The first room I was in was filthy. There were hairs all in the bed and very obvious items showing the room was not cleaned. I was moved to a new room which was better but genuinely not acceptable. The desk and night stands were sticky and had cup rings visible. Housekeeping needs to be elevated. The timing of odd bites on my body I don't think is coincidental either. So thats been fun deep cleaning and washing everything in hot water in case I brought something home."

"My vehicle was broken into when I stayed at this property 10/28/23 I would highly advise not staying here first pulling up to the property I was hopeful it was going to be a safe stay that is till I walked out to my truck and seen my entire door had been basically ripped off left open and belongings scattered everywhere throughout my truck I went in to let the front desk lady know what had happened and see if they had possibly had cameras and she shrugged her shoulders and said no cameras here sorry but have a good day……the hallways smell terrible the room was very undesirable Mirrors were dirty and the linens did not smell clean…definitely not worth the money spent!and we will not be staying at a Hilton ever again! For this kind of service might as well go to a roach Motel."
