"Absolutely amazing service. 3/11/24 @ 10:00 AM. I didn't catch his name but was super friendly and knowledgeable. I had to leave my house abruptly due to construction and needed a place to stay for.the night. Seems like I found the right place. Upon check in, room is clean and stocked. Breakfast from 6:00-9:0. Very, very happy. Very appreciated."

"**Please read your Reviews dirty place, dirty place.*** I went there for a 2 night. Stay I checked in. I went upstairs once I got into my room. I walked around and seen dirty sheets. Curtains had blood stains, plus dirt everywhere. I said oh no. I'm not staying here. I went downstairs and checked out. I said I need to get out. I can't stay here. The lady said okay. I can't give you a refund tonight. Cause my manager's not on call him tomorrow and he'll give it to you. I said okay. Call the next day and he said he only give me half the. Refund, I wasn't gonna talk about all the dirty sheets in the blood stained curtains. But please don't stay here. It is not good."

"My dad n I have stayed here numerous times in the last 5-6 years, normally everything from the employees to the rooms is stellar. However our last two visits have had one issue after another, most notably each visit our room was missing it's coffee pot! When we arrived Tuesday afternoon, no coffee pot, unable to get the cable to come on, fridge n freezer were warm... Sink missing the stopper, poop steaks in the toilet... Around 10pm, the front desk gentleman brought me a coffee pot and discovered the cable and fridge n freezer were unplugged behind the TV armoire and remedied those issues. The housekeeping staff is substandard! Every issue, was a failure on their end. The housekeeping women prep, prepare, and maintain the free breakfast selections. However, they are not friendly at all. They glare at you while you are choosing your breakfast choices, they watch every move you make from their doorway. They make you feel very unwelcome."

"We chose this location because it was near our appointment. But I gave the rooms a two star because the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelt like a basement. Then the toilet wasn't bolted down and moved when I sat. Then the paint was peeling on the bathtub and it didn't drain properly. Couldn't control the water temp because there was no indication on the nob and it almost fell off. Couldn't watch TV because it wasn't connected to whatever service they used and the didn't have a guide on how to work it. The walls are paper thin, I could hear our neighbors conversations and what they were watching. I'm sure they could hear my husband snoring. The service was good considering the only time we had it was at the front desk."

"The gentleman at the front desk was polite, and was able to find out reservations and get us to our room quickly. The room appeared clean but the TV did not work, the toilet was not secured to the ground and was unstable, and the enamel on the bathtub was cracked and was hazardous while showering. I wasn't able to try their offered breakfast but it was available and looked appealing."
