"Everyone has been exceptionally nice. However, pay attention to how your money and deposit and that resort fee is played with. Before you’re down they’ll have $250 of your money and you’re spinning in circles around their explanations while the dude at the front desk yells at you that he’s not checking you in and will throw you out if you ask one more time why they are collecting so many damn deposits and then charging you a fee still over $100 at the end. He don’t understand it and couldn’t explain it either so he threatened to throw us out. So we called corporate and the manager and things have been really great without him here."
"Sarah at the front desk was AMAZING!! I had thought I had lost my ID. She was able to help me check in still and made the whole process just a THOUSAND times easier for me!! Hands down would stay here any time I needed a hotel in the area just because of how amazing they were. 10 out of 10 totally recommend!!!"
"I booked a room here after a bad experience at a place in Bellevue. For only a few dollars more the difference was night and day. Sonesta is very clean, all of the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast that is included was good and hot not the normal cold or just barley warm hotel breakfast. I have stayed at Sonesta two times and will be going back when I work the weekends. It is very comforting to now I can go back to a hotel room and feel at home."
"Room was updated, clean, and spacious. Much cleaner than the other hotels I have stayed at in Seattle. Staff was kind and friendly. We chose to stay at this location as it is very convenient to the airport. The day of departing, I realized I left a valuable item in my room just as I arrived to the airport. I called right away and the staff was very helpful and patient to help find a solution. Not gonna lie, I was nervous if I will ever see my item again or if it'll even arrive back to me safely. I'm super thankful that it did. Thank you Sonesta for everything. I will definitely come back and recommend this location to everyone."
