"This was my first time staying at this site anf I loved it. Sure parts of it were a bit outdated, but it really wasn't that bad. The room I had was basically a one bedroom apartment. I like that they don't come in unless you ask them too. Not having to put the sign up to stay out like other spots I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and never ignored me no what time of the day. I liked having a kitchen in the room in case I wanted to do a little cooking for myself. I would very much stay here again."

"Excellent value, for starters. The hospitality was also terrific (they even serve baked cookies!). Although outside of the city proper, it's conveniently located near major highways, which is nice. About 20 minutes from Union Station/ Downtown SEA. Rooms were clean & quaint, plus they serve a basic breakfast. Overall a great hotel, especially when you factor in the bang for the buck. 3.5-4.0 Stars ⭐"

"We have been staying here for years. The park and fly that is offered is well worth to dire need of updating the carpet. $120 per night and no charge leaving our car for 13 days is a definite plus. The staff is great. The rooms are above average. Pros: Park and fly (free parking with stay) Location in relation to the airport Comfortable rooms Excellent staff Cons: Hotel needs carpet replaced throughout as it is pretty worn out!"

"We got checked in very late. The person who checked us in was super nice, wonderful, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing.. However, when morning came, we tried to extend our stay. I told the lady we were extending as I left to go to the store. I came back, went up to the room, and tried to pay for another 4 nights. The app kept shutting down on me, over and over again. All of a sudden, I heard pounding at the door like it was the police. I open the door, and "management" is standing there with THREE other people. I explained the situation and tried to show her the app, but she didn't want to hear it. All she's worried about is my veteran support animal and very loudly saying how we never told them about the dog. I explained that we signed a paper for the dog and that the girl that checked us in knew about. She stood there and kept saying over and over. That was a guy who was a guy. Which automatically think, who the heck checked me in then?! She should have said that her employee identifies as a male. That was the appropriate answer. Then she keeps going on and on how they don't allow dogs on that floor and that we are liars because nothing was signed and no pet deposit was taken (even though they dont have a pet deposit). Of course, no pet deposit was taken. He's a support dog. And if they didn't allow dogs on that floor, then maybe she should be talking to her staff about it and not me. At this point, I'm infuriated for being called a liar. However, I tell the lady that I'll follow her downstairs to pay. I went and got my card and went downstairs. Then I'm told that I can't rent that room out for as many days as I want to unless I pay the reg. room rate. But I can downgrade and pay almost double what I paid for the original room. They wanted me to get out of the room because they sold the room for a higher price. And to get us out, they came 4 deep pounding on the door while making a scene in the hallway while calling me a liar because they don't know how to look at their paperwork."

"Nice hotel, old style. Beds were more comfy than other nicer hotels. Couch bed needs upgraded. My kid couldn’t even sleep on it due to thin mattress and felt springs. Definitely has pros and cons. Breakfast is not great especially if you have gluten allergy. Had to go shopping and make it in our room which was nice to have a kitchen. Positive was no charge for washer and dryer. Definitely positive experience."
