"Been a regular there for few years but things have gone south. If you ever want to swim, don’t count on it as all lanes are taken up by swim teams or swim lessons and typically filled with 2 to 4 people per lane. Tried to sign up for classes and no classes avail over weekend ever - so who gets to take classes over weekend ? Frustrating to not getting to use facility while paying significant monthly due. Will be looking for somewhere else"
"I love that bethany is family focused. Now that the outdoor pool is open in the winter time we get to do our daily cold plunge then jacuzzi after! It's the best!"
"Excellent value especially for families. It's not the biggest or fanciest but it's the best value in the area by far. 1. You feel welcome and you belong. 2. There is always someone free and happy to help. 3. The kids programs are abundant, appealing, and easy to get into ( never a wait to drop off for childcare and activities ) My son adores teacher Laura. 4. I happen to love Raellyne's kickboxing class and I don't know any other clubs that offer one. 5. Swim lessons are more affordable than other places and you get a spot right away. - Sam had our son floating and getting his face under on the first lesson and swimming after the third lesson. 6. There are always towels and there are people cleaning and maintaining constantly. Negatives: The facility is smaller than others and could use some updates in the lockers and water facilities. (But they are doing some reno now so maybe they'll get to that.)"
"Things look and feel good until there is even a small problem. People are not very helpful or are willing to make any adjustments. My kid got back from school with a fever and we wanted a reschedule of the class. But I was told there is a 24 hour policy due to which I cannot reschedule or cancel and will be charged the full price for the class. There are also issues like, the pool gets closed or reserved without notice."
"My most favorite place..., all instructors are really good... group classes are awesome... it’s very kids friendly & family friendly... Kids basketball also too good... In one word it’s a fantastic place"
