I knew previous doctors & cancer centers were quite poor but did not realize how much a difference a good oncologist can make overall. "High quality technical care. Nurses are friendly. Patty at the front desk is awesome. Dr Crocenzi is excellent. Lost a star for the administration, because post-Obamacare the wait times have skyrocketed... access to care has gotten worse from 2012 to now. They have also increased their contracting out of services like the radiology scan reads, so billing has gotten nightmarish. Mayo Clinic has much better integrated billing."
