"As a disabled veteran I was grateful for the military discount that Foot Traffic NE gave me on my new pair of HOKA's. That was last October. As the fall and winter passed, I just started out to do a walk. Something my 74 year old body need more of. Although the shoes were in the box over 5 months, I suddenly found out the shoes didn't fit, they were NOT measured correctly. I felt like I was walking in the box, not the shoe. Today I tried to return them for a pair that fit. A young sales associate searched hight and low for a foot measure template, said... wrong size. I said, yes... that is why I am hear. They said, no receipt, no exchange. I then showed them my credit card statement on my phone. Oh, you did buy them here! Yes, but your over the 40 day return time now. I said? Really! They look like new! They said, we can't help you. So, I left and now have a useless pair of nice HOKA's that fit like a nice box. Very safe for an old man! I explained as I walked out. Hum, I suggest to all my family and friends.. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They could have said, we will kindly replace our mistake on the fit with a new pair, as we love our military veterans, disabled veterans and senior citizens. After all, COSTCO, Home Depot...etc says that!"

"Great, locally owned running store. Local and nationwide brands, personable staff that will find your perfect running or walking shoe. They host group runs and seasonal training sessions for kids and adults, all paces and experience; check their website for times."

"I came in not knowing anything about what kind of shoes I was looking for other than gym shoes, and they were very helpful. They took their time and had me try on at least 8 pairs of shoes. It felt nice that they would take their time to make sure I had what I was looking for. This was not going to a big box store, and having someone point you in the direction of what you might want. This was a fantastic experience. I did not feel rushed or pressured. I definitely felt like maybe I walked into the wrong store at first. Because they are focused on running shoes. The salesperson put me at ease and explained to me the difference in shoes and what they are for. I ended up with a great pair of crosstrainers that were exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Fantastic experience. Shop here, give them your money. They definitely earn it."

"I’ve had good experiences at the store. Sadly the organization has decided to add very stupid rules for the races they organize. The most recent one is a ban on wearing two headphones during a running race (because a couple of people got confused about when to turn around). Please consider your many customers (at least 99%) who were happy with the way things worked."
