"My sibling is a patient here for orthodontia. Was called day prior to appointment to reschedule appointment due to Dr having a conflict. Rescheduled appointment no problem. Problem was that this routine ortho appointment took over 2 hours! It is very upsetting to have wasted so much time. It didn't help that the receptionists were very loud with their personal conversations."

"I went for many months hoping to get two crowns. The student was nice but seemed helpless to tell me when the crowns would actually happen as others at the school would have to see me for a root canal and such. All those months of visits were for nothing as I eventually gave up and had someone yank the tooth to end the pain and prevent an abscess. Don’t go if you need help any time soon. It will be months if it ever happens at all."

"To the impolite rude customer service phone operator at this school. I hope u go thru the stress and pain of being pregnant with a desperate need for an emergency root canal so you can keep food down and finally eat something substantial for your babys health without vomiting. And when u call everyone and find this school that might be able to help I hope u get told to "get a referral" in such a impolite way and get hung up on when u have more questions as to why that's necessary for an emergency walk in. When I called last week and they told me to just come in and it would fine I was only calling for your hours not your attitude."

"It took me most of a year to get a procedure scheduled that everyone there knew was necessary. The doctor told me she’d prescribe an antibiotic- especially because I’m immune compromised. Almost a month after the surgery THEN she called in a prescription for antibiotics. Zero returned phone calls, zero follow up from OHSU, zero help from patient relations. This is what they have to offer."

"I visited the OHSU School Of Dentistry as part of the clinical portion of a weekend-long Dental Continuing Education Course given at the Robertson Collaborative Life Sciences Building. The building is directly connected with the Skourtes Tower. Honestly this is one of the most spectacular academic buildings that I’ve ever been in. The dental students definitely have access to some of the greatest and most cutting edge equipment, design, and layout. And the views are out of this world. Offering panoramic views of Portland and its bridges. I parked in the Schnitzter Parking Lot which is free on the weekends and is about a five minute walk to the CLSB and so is a great option. Plus there is a public transit stop right in front."
