"In response to Mr. Hobart's review. First of all, only rough estimates were discussed based on what Mr. Hobart described to me about the job. As Mr. Hobart stated, he was happy with the install. Upon receiving his bill, which was based on time and materials, he felt it was too expensive. He was told if he could replace the parts for cheaper that he would be refunded the difference. My assumption was that he would purchase the parts and bring them to me new, keeping what we installed. However, he chose to take apart what was professionally installed and replace the parts with what he purchased. This is why it was reported to the inspector. Why should we be responsible for an installation that we did not perform. This is a prime example of someone who wants something done for nothing. On another note, Mr. Hobart's mother-in-law, is the person who brought my parts back to me. She stated she was perfectly satisfied with the job that we had done, it's her house, and wasn't sure why her son-in-law was having her do this. In fact she wanted to purchase a tank from us and have it installed by us, because we were the only ones she trusted to do the job, based on our previous installation. She also wanted to set up propane service with us. We denied propane service to her based on the situation with her son-in-law, Mr. Hobart. To everyone who reads these reviews, please know there are two sides to every story."

"I have used their service twice now and they are great to work with. I appreciate their efficiency, but most importantly, I appreciate their customer service. Freddy (the owner) delivered our propane the first time, and Oscar the second time. Both men are very kind and pleasant to work with, and when I have to write a check to a company for a large amount, I'm always happy to do it when I am dealing with genuinely nice people!"
