"the only thing that could make the port worse is if some how a private company was able to purchase it and really start the price gouging. fortunately for now, its just our neighbors in our community price gouging the community with no foresight into the future."

"Go ahead call the recorded PHR number, leave msg and then cross your fingers someone actually calls you back the same day. GOOD LUCK. if this were a private company with other competition instead of local govt monopoly they would be gone. We can only dream."

"Misappropriating funds since 1924. Now for an unlimited time, you too can enjoy the hassle of paying $3.50 to cross the bridge. And as a special offer, if you use the bridge after hours you can enjoy an inconvenient attempt to pay your paper bill by mail when your Breezeby account doesn’t connect to the name you have it registered under."

"** EDIT ** I called multiple times yesterday before 5pm and this morning from 9am and on- no response. I emailed last night and left a message as well. The fact that they prioritize responding to reviews but not helping customers they billed incorrectly is inexcusable. I also tried calling the collections that my payment was sent to and they offered no help at all. Absolute trash and scam business! Have paid in cash every time I cross the bridge for years and years. After getting back from a long Europe vacation I got a notice in the mail from a debt collector for unpaid toll services. I was not in the country on the notice date stated on the invoice!! Nobody has access to my vehicle and it was parked 2,5 hours from Hood River. What pathetic and scum people are involved in this “business”? I’ll try to avoid crossing the bridge at all costs in the future."

"What a scam. Multiple erroneous $8 crossing charges on my invoice. But you have no choice and they know that. While I sat one day in backed up traffic on the bridge for a half hour, I estimated that this bridge pulls in AT LEAST $24million a year."
