"Love this rink! There are so many wonderful coach and staff members and wonderful people that I continually see at free skate. It does get busy during the holidays but if you go anytime of year, it’s less busy. The lessons are a bit cheaper than the other rinks nearby and I love the schedule for free skate. Theater on ice programs are so cool and there are some cute kid centered events."
"poorly run, far over reasonable capacity, and the ice itself is not maintained well - likely due to the 100+ skaters on the tiny rink during busy times. also had multiple unsupervised toddlers using the penguins and falling into oncoming skaters and no one did anything? very disappointing experience multiple different days. could be improved if they used the $25/person fee better but why bother when they get their $$ anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ would rather pay more for smaller crowds and smoother ice (that can actually be skated on)."
"It is such is pretty skating rink. Lessons here are so easy and smooth - no long waits or confusing set ups. Teachers really tailor the lesson to where the students skills are. It's room temp, so not freezing cold on the rink...bonus!"
"We had a very bad experience today. The general manager is lack of humanity and sense of community. Our 6 year old daughter has been skating there in the last two years. We had done 6 terms of classes. Today is the last class of our latest term and kids will receive a result report of the term. We had some reschedule and makeup classes and maxed out the number of class we could attend. We found out when we were there. The manage couldn’t offer my daughter to attend the class for the final report, or be flexible to charge us average cost per class for the term, but a $6 more expensive rate as a normal drop in. I was with my 2 year old and 6 year old waiting to sort out the situation. We didn’t manage to attend the class today as the class has started. Very frustrating experience when you have two kids and get there in the rush hour. There is no any humanity of the management. Very disappointed."
"My son is enjoying a fun day at the Lloyd Center Ice Rink today. It's pretty nice that they provide skates or offer skates for rental and that the ice rink is open for access on everyday of the week."
