"As a customer, I am extremely DISAPPOINTED with the delivery team's performance! The delivery was supposed to arrive on a specific date and time frame, but it was delivered late without any prior notice. As a result, I had to wait for an extended period of time and was unable to plan my day accordingly. Furthermore, I was not given any updates about the delivery, which made the situation even more frustrating. I tried contacting the delivery team, but there’s not a single phone number I could reach out to. It is extremely irresponsible for a company to treat their customers in this manner. Therefore, I strongly advise against using Sleep Number for any future purchases!!!"
