"I would not even give him a one star but I have to give at least one star to post this review…. The store manager Derreck was very disrespectful and rude when talking to us about a product that was tagged wrong. He had a very poor attitude in front of the whole store, not listening to us when we were trying to explain and was very disrespectful! There was several items on a large shelf tagged for 6.99$ item rang up for 14.99$ I asked them to give me the price that the item was tagged for and the manager said we forgot to remove the tag we are not giving it to you for that. I explained that was unfair due to their mistagging that I should receive the price it was listed for. He then became very rude and said I’m not doing that! I asked to speak to a different manager and he stated loudly I AM THE MANAGER I told him he was being very rude and as he was walking away he said LOOK AT YOU! I said that is not okay sir and he screamed from across the store BYE! At that point I was so upset that I had to leave the store. I have been in the customer service business for several years and I would NEVER treat anyone the way he treated me and I would never allow my staff to do so as well. I don’t think anyone with his temperament or management style should ever work with the public. His behavior today is very unprofessional and unacceptable! GROCERY OUTLET DO BETTER!!!!"

"Well, the deli is closed. No one was there. I but they have hot food And all set up. This is the second time that I come across with this. Can the Director do anything about it hire more people or something so me as a customer don’t waste my time coming here to try to get a delicious hot meal from here."
