"Decided to finally stop in. I run or bike past the store all the time. But needed some aero bars and drove over. To my surprise there was a ton of parking. So…that problem I created in my head was solved. The gentlemen that worked when I went in were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Most of my knowledge comes from quick Google searches and I got to ask some very basic questions and they were very kind in answering. I think I found my new bike shop 1.5 years after moving to Tacoma. Also, the location is large and the prices are excellent. Great vibe and convenient location for those Ruston rides! Lastly, prices on fuel were solid. Bought this GU drink to see if that can offset my lack of calorie intake during long rides."

"I just picked up my Trek FX-1 hybrid bike. I ordered online so this was the first time I saw it. Beautiful! I was greeted with enthusiasm by the staff as I walked in. I met Jason who went over my bike with me. He covered all the basics including making sure that I had the proper equipment for safe riding. Also gave me some GREAT tips about which gear combination to use and when to use them. My last human-powered bike was a 10 speed so I appreciated the quick tutorial! Went outside with the bike (took a picture of course!) and loaded it up. And off I went. Great experience with the Trek Bicycle Tacoma North crew!"
"I was stopping by this store by way of Los Angeles to tackle a bucket list ride to Paradise Valley Road at Mt Rainier. Trek Bicycle Tacoma North End helped me out with getting my tires prepped and repairing an obscure valve anomaly. The staff were friendly, courteous, and exceedingly knowledgeable with bike mechanics. The store was exceptionally organized--Locating accessories and essentials was a breeze. I will be sure to visit this store again on my next Tacoma trip!"
