"Drove an hour to the store with receipt to get a return on brand new pants and because my enthusiastic child had lost the tags, they wouldn't take it.Worst customer service ever. Update: shop replied that they would not take brand new, never worn pants because they were not in sellable condition. This would be impossible to discern since they NEVER looked at them. $60 pants. With reciept. Not even an offer to exchange. UNREAL. Last Scout shop purchase. My kid can wear $20 pants from Costco. They take returns."
